Lott Brothers Construction Company Justin has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry with project knowledge of healthcare, commercial, industrial, and institutional. Justin’s industry work experience began during summer employment while attending college and continued after graduation to the present. His experience includes field labor, estimating, and field construction management. Justin’s business management education and construction experience are valuable in field operations. Our multifaceted experience has given us a distinct competitive advantage in successfully bidding and managing projects from $1 million to $90 million.
