As Texas continues its growth trend, reports are still showing how hot the market is.
Texas dominates the top ten in a list ranking the most popular neighborhoods in the United States for home sales. The list included Houston suburb Kate at No. 3, Central Texas’ New Braunfels at No. 4, Dallas subur FOrney at No. 5, Houston suburb Cypress at No. 7 and Austin suburb Leander at No. 9.

Leander’s population has more than tripled since 2010, reaching over 82,000 residents in 2022. The fast pace of growth has created great market potential, including the new Northline Development, which is set to become an entertainment and business hub for the area.
Based on current demographic data from the City of Leander’s Economic Development Department, it is clear why Leander is attracting more developments.
